HAS MY ORDER BEEN DISPATCHED YET?

Our handling time is 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as the shipping label has been created. If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received tracing information, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@theiphoneboutique.com.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item or items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you entered the wrong shipping address for your order, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@theiphoneboutique.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we can update the address. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to update the shipping address.

I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER; HOW DO I DO THIS?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible at customerservice@theiphoneboutique.com. If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel or update the order. Unfortunately. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or update the order.

MY ORDER IS STILL NOT HERE, PLEASE HELP?

If it has been more than 10 business days and you have not received your order, please contact us at customerservice@theiphoneboutique.com and we will track your order for you. If your order is lost during transit, we offer a money back guarantee or we will resend the order.

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PLACING THEORDER?

Please make sure to check your junk/spam folders for the confirmation email. If you still cannot find it, please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@theiphoneboutique.com and we will be more than happy to resend the confirmation email.

I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

An email with tracking information for your order is automatically sent to you as soon as we create the shipping label. If you did not receive tracking information, check your junk/spam folders for the email. If you still can’t find it, please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@theiphoneboutique.com and we will resend the tracking information for you.
