At The iPhone Boutique, we strive to provide you with the best products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may occur during the delivery process, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Please review our exchange policy below:

Damaged or Defective Items: We stand behind the quality of our products, and we take great care in packaging and shipping them to you. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product. We will gladly exchange the item for a new one at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received: If you happen to receive the wrong item in your order, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the package. Our team will work diligently to rectify the situation and exchange the item for the correct one as quickly as possible.

Please note that we only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival. We do not entertain exchanges for any other reasons, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or preference

Incorrect size or color chosen

Accidental damage caused by the customer

Normal wear and tear

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
